Date Night: A Swell Soiree
Dave and I had a brief date night tonight to go to the annual Mardi Gras cocktail party at some friends'. This is always a lovely affair and I marvel at how many people fill this quite large house. The catering staff is always top notch, as are the eats. Good thing, too. Tomorrow we fast! Tonight, we soiree.

Were you at that lovely home with the large number of children that you took me to for a graduation party? I can imagine what a swell Mardi Gras party it was!!!

No, Mom. This was another lovely home [even larger, if you can believe it], at the home of Tootie's parents.
