Looming Deadline
I have a huge project to complete. It's my annual trauma known as "taxes" and I am way far behind where I should be. I have also been overtaken with a combination of spring fever and profound procrastination. Of course, blog revelations have a way of getting me to put myself to the task. Let's hope it works again.

May I offer three suggestions?
1-- don't forget line 71 on 1040. You may deduct a standard $30 for
"federal telephone excise tax paid." You may deduct more, but you have to have documentation.
2-- double check your math
3-- use the electronic filing system.
