In my 4+ years of motherhood, this is the first time I ever scored the dental trifecta. All the children had their semi-annual dental exam Thursday. Look, Ma! No cavities! Zeke was the lead-off and the hygienist was burbling with praise for my boy. He was so excited to be there. The second he laid down in the chair, he had his mouth open for her to work on...she was still breaking out the supplies. The girls did much better this time than last, but they're not yet three and sharp instruments and rubber gloves after lunch is an acquired taste.
I'm grateful for good teeth, good insurance and good dentists. Let's just hope my streak continues for another week: Annie is set up for her next ortho surgery [her 6th since last July]. She'll be chasin' her 9th surgery in her not-yet-three year old life.

My prayers and "setter-zen" to Annie for a successful surgery. "Setter-zen" are all the good thoughts that people on my setters-l list send.
A breeder friend had a brain surgery the other day and her dad was blogging for her. She survived the surgery and all the setter people sent her much "setter-zen."
Take care and glad you had healthy teeth and scored big on the dental trifecta.
